Silicone Protective Film
  • Designed for high-temperature processes: Heat-resistant to meet various high-temperature processing requirements, maintaining stable adhesion, clean removal, and easy peel-off.

  • Applications: Protective layer for hardening films, support for conductive paste printing, screen printing, copper foil processing, and heat treatment protection.

High temperature resistant protective film (Heat-resistant film)

  • Non-silicone solution: Uses an acrylic adhesive layer to effectively prevent silicone contamination, while maintaining high thermal stability and good release performance.

  • Application scenarios: Same as silicone-based films, especially suitable for process environments where silicone contamination must be avoided.

Acid & Alkali Resistant Film

  • High chemical resistance and easy removal: Anti-static surface treatment with stable adhesion and no residue, suitable for chemical processes such as grinding, polishing, and film stripping.

  • Common applications: Optical films, PET films, metal and screen printing processes, and as a carrier in FCCL manufacturing.

Surface processing protective film

  • The most appropriate glue layer for adhering to ceramic substrate and metal surfaces, with corresponding glue layer for different surface roughnesses.  
  • Surface processing protective film(Lasr Drilling protective film)
  • It provides protection in all processes, with little adhesive residue when re-peeled. Laser Drilling process with high heat drilling residue can not contaminate the surface. It is also suitable for the protection of conductive glue.
  •   For laser drilling protection.
  •   Filler for conductive ink printing.
  •   The process where the surface of work piece needs to be protected.    
UV Adhesive Film
UV-adjustable adhesive film: Strong initial adhesion that significantly decreases after UV exposure, allowing for easy removal without residue.
Recommended applications: Cutting and packaging processes for ceramic capacitors, LEDs, circuit boards, and glass components.
pyrolytic adhesive film
  • Easy to peel off after heating: Strong initial adhesion; the adhesive layer cures upon heating, allowing easy removal. Different temperature settings are available.
  • Substrate-free double-sided tape: Provides double adhesion and improves production efficiency.
  • Applications: Metal etching, wafer packaging, LED, glass cutting, etc.
Cold Release Film
  • Temperature-responsive adhesion adjustment: Enhances adhesion during high-temperature processes, then automatically decreases upon cooling for easy removal without residue.

  • Typical applications: FPC electroplating, thermo-compression bonding protection, thin-film material processing, etc.  

Anti-static protective film

Anti-static protective film

 Not only does the surface of the substrate has the anti-static effect, but also the adhesive layer itself has anti-static property, and the two together can achieve a strong anti-static effect.

 It can also suppress the generation of static electricity during delamination and prevent malfunction caused by static electricity.

A/W (artwork) protective film

  • A/W (artwork) protective film
  • A/W Protective Film for Dry film process : Anti-static, less likely to generate air bubble on the pattern edge.
  • ・ Anti-static treatment layer on the surface that prevents electrostatic adsorption of dust particles.
  • ・The film can be peeled and reworked without residual glue problems.
  • ・Effectively protects the surface of A/W (artwork) film and extends the service life of A/W (artwork).
  • A/W Protective Film for both solder mask ink and dry film processes: anti-scratch, anti-solvent, micro-matte surface treatment.
Mask Aligner table protective film

  • Mask Aligner table protective film
  •  The high superior release treatment prevents the ink and related photosensitive coating from sticking and greatly reduces the chance of the sheet sticking to the table surface, ensuring smooth automatic line production.
  • The size can be adjusted per your request.
  •  Prevents A/W (artwork) from being stuck on the exposure table.
